Register Online for Flyball Lessons
You can register online for lessons by choosing the appropriate link below.
Please note that online registration does not guarantee your place in class. In order to guarantee a spot, you must send in a deposit of 50% of your registration fee in advance. Also note: For insurance reasons, there are some breed restrictions.
Alternatively, you may elect to download a registration form and fill it out manually. Choosing the appropriate link below will cause your browser to begin downloading the form.
On the first night of classes you will be required to fill out and sign a Waiver of Liability.
